What's your minimum order quantity?
It depends on how your apparel is being decorated. Many embroidery and DTF orders can start with just 1 piece, while screen printing is generally best for 24+ pieces. Ordering for a business, school or team? Larger quantities may qualify for volume pricing. Request a quote and we'll help you find the most cost-effective option.
What are your typical turnaround times?
Turnaround time depends on the product, quantity, decoration method and current production schedule. We'll provide an estimated completion date with your quote before you approve the order.
What artwork file types do you accept?
You can email your logo or artwork to info@allthingsstitched.org after submitting a quote request, and we'll help make sure it's ready for production.
What's the difference between embroidery and DTF?
Embroidery uses stitched thread and works especially well for polos, caps, jackets and professional uniforms. DTF uses a printed heat-applied transfer and is well suited for detailed or full-color designs on many apparel items.
Can I provide my own garments?
In some cases, yes. Customer-supplied garments are reviewed before production to make sure they're suitable for the requested decoration method. Contact us before bringing or sending apparel so we can confirm whether we can work with it.
